Okay, how much does an actual massage cost from a real CMT.  Right now I'm so sore that only a liquid injection of Viagra directly to the site would get me ready for a happy ending and since i'm not willing to go that far,  what I want to know is how much does a good massage cost? How long? Where to go?  Any type better then another for relieving sore muscles?

I won't toot my own horn (this time) but I think a little bit more detail is needed than that.
1) what part of town are you in?
2) Where is the problem?

Most likely if want a "happy ending", you'll need a place with a jacuzzi or hot stone treatment. When you have real pain the best thing to do is forget the T&A and get a real big strong bbw to work you over a couple sessions.
