There are many ladies that require minimal screening. Find a lady that you want to meet, talk to her on the phone and explain your situation. Although do be prepared to share some real information about yourself. It's not that hard to get screened, if you're upfront and respectful, all will be fine.

There are certain girls I wanted to meet in Los Angeles area but they all ask me for reference and phone

numbers from other providers.

Can anyone email me for reference number and name to my email address? [email protected]

For example, what I need to say to get an appointment.

If everything works I am willing to compensate for the info.

If you have a lady whom you have played with great she is your reference, but you can not compensate a provider who you have nit had the pleasure of enjoying her company for a reference to see another working woman this is unethical.

References are for the safety of everyone involved.  They are not in place to be inconveniences to work around with bribes, as with a bouncer at a nightclub.  Yes it is difficult to get "in" the first time and possibly even the second time.  In fact, the entire process can be quite frustrating and exhausting, but these rules are in place to protect everyone involved in this hobby.

You will need to play the game the same as every other gent out there and have patience in order to see the providers you want to see.   I also believe you will be quite hard-pressed to find a reputable provider willing to take you up on your offer.  Us providers do our best to protect one another by maintaining good reputations and strict screening so that our references are trustworthy.

The fact that you are willing to pay for a false reference and lie to a provider you want to see does not bode well for you.  

Please do things the right way.  If you are truly a gentleman then you will not have a problem eventually finding your way in to visit the providers you are interested in, just have patience, integrity, and respect for the screening process.

Agreed.  If you want to enjoy the hobbying lifestyle, you need to pay the piper.  I had to give my work information out to get my first reference (which I did not want to do, but am glad I did now).  It took some time, but now I have a few favorites that I use as references, and some of them have even white listed me (thank you, you know who you are).  If you treat the providers with courtesy and respect, they will be more apt to provide you with a reference.

Just my 2 cents.

I don't understand - just give the provider the name's/number's of girls you've seen before.  

You paying for a "reference" defeats the purpose of the girl tryin gto make sure that you are legit.

If you have not seen other girls before, then be truthful and tell her.  She may consent to some other form of verification.

It's just that everybody wants the reference and I am very frustrate with it.

I met very nice girls but just haven't met the one I want for past a couple of month.

I really don't know how much more advice you need for this.

I can understand that you get frustrated when they ask for references and you don't have any.  But, if you've seen a provider, there's your reference if they are cool with you.  Or, get white listed by a provider.  Some are very happy to do it, but you have to ask.

You already  have a review to your name so I suggest you post reviews of any other lady you have recently had the pleasure of seeing. This help you build a track record and establish yourself  as a legitimate hobbyist.

Screening of the hobbyist and provider is in everybody's interest. I, however, never fill  online forms / applications because irrespective of any assurances your information is at risk of compromising you identity. When required I provide any reasonable information that confirms my identity. Providers have right /option to see or refuse me as they see fit, fortunately for me I have been around the block enough times for the bookers to know me so that screening is no longer an issue.

But plenty of independents will screen you by name/phone/employment if you don't have refs. Maybe you won't get that top girl you're looking at but keep calling with a positive attitude and be willing to provide screening info.

It's just that I am so frustrated with everyone asking for referral.

I have a great personality (according to my friend..) and good job so I figured I should be ok with provider but there is no way to prove it.

But I will be patient and wait for my lucky day!

We all have to start somewhere.
Ask the one lady you reviewed to White list you.

As others suggested, there are many ladies who will check you out by calling your work number, just to see if you have voice mail. Others will run a type of Internet check on you.

Just do your homework by reading this board, posting here to other threads, read reviews and sign up for both P411 and Date-Check.
This will be enough for some ladies, but again they will check you out somehow.

Ask the booker you used to get the date with Yuki for another suggestion. Then review her and ask that each White List you - THAT is paying your dues and doing things the right way.

All of us go/went through this. At first I wanted to see the hottest gals on the Internet - around 2000 - and I had zippo hobby-game... struck out a dozen times before I got the hang of it.

Now with 25 P411 and TER referrals - it's a blast !!!
