Being white listed only puts you in the clear if you have access to check your pm's and verify the handle is yours. There are a lot of times when gentlemen say they are white listed but cannot send me a message from their account. I’m just saying anyone can look up a handle.
If I white list you and the above step can be followed then you should pretty much be good to go.
And Yes! being provided as a referral can be annoying especially when you don't bother to come session regularly as a way to show your gratitude. I know it sometimes takes multiple attempts before getting sessions to stick. However, in this particular case I was being used as a personal verifier because of my fast and efficient responses and also because the provider's the client was seeing did not keep record. Any who, after the fifteen time, and "NO, I'm not over exaggerating” I politely asked him to use the last five providers he's seen to verify him.
So I see a lot of providers asking for referrals even when a person has recent white lists. What is the point of getting white listed if that doesn't put you in the clear? Which leads to my second question, as a provider is there a point where you get annoyed with providing a hobbyist with referrals. With all the starts and stops with meeting a provider I may use the same referral 4 times before an appt sticks. When does being used as a referral where out it's welcome? Of course this could all be avoided if the use of the whitelist was enough unto itself.
Yes, I think it is very annoying when I whitelist a member here that I will still get emails asking for a reference. Everyone has their own screening method, but I love TER, so when I whitelist a gentlemen that means I am vouching for him & I know he will be nothing less, than a true respectful man.
I never have required references & I sure would not trust a provider who I do not know personally. I have been in this industry long enough to know money is not everything & not everything that glitters is gold!
For the last 4 years I have been active in this community by hosting provider only M&G's in San Diego, CA! I try to attend as many TER M&G's as possible to network & connect with like-minded individuals. Just, like donations screening is different for every provider.

that providers can search white-listing by the gentlemans e-mail address to see if it matches the user name he is claiming is him. This avoids the need to get a PM from him.
I always make sure I whitelist a good client after we meet. I think its important to see another provider's recommendation. Today I saw a gent with not reviews but with several whitelists. He wanted a sunday appointment, and do you know how hard it is to reach references on a sunday? If he hadn't had so many whitelists, I wouldn't have seen him today. So sometimes this is just what you need. I also like whitelisting because its a confirmation to the gentleman that I truly was genuinely having a nice time with him. I think often a gent leaves wondering "did she really like me or enjoy herself? Or was she faking it? Am I just another John to her?" I love putting a whitelist to confirm to him that his experience was in fact genuine and I truly enjoyed our time together. In my opinion, whitelisting is a very wonderful thing. Just have to think outside the box a bit with it. Im sure my reasons for loving whitelists are not "thinking inside the box", but then again, thats how Ive always been. Always thinking as an individual and finding the positive in everything.
Keep up the whitelisting. xoxoxoxo Cameo Knightley
