I see it now. It is a filter. My bad. That said, it's probably not reliable. One of three things needs to happen. The first to review is who sets the standard for these answers. More often than not, the first to review didn't film and doesn't know the answer. So, he either says no or don't know. Sometimes, he says yes even if he doesn't know, and you may learn the that she doesn't actually allow it. Second is the provider writes TER admin to fix it because she does allow filming. A small percentage of providers interact with TER and update their profiles. The last is that a client who sees her and does film writes TER admin asking for them to update it because he can verify she offers it.

 
So while the filter is there, and it can be used. I would call it a good place to start, but not the end all be all. Still better than what I originally thought. Thanks for calling it out.
