i noticed most of the kgirls in LA don't have websites or emails...what's the best way to contact their bookers/get in with them?  are the phone numbers on TER accurate?

What are they looking for under your TER handle? Just Reviews? Or whitelists?

It's probably not as simple as they suggest.  Go back and read the first response more carefully and you will see he said include your K-girl references in your text.  So, if you have none, I don't know that the suggestion that your text "will be returned ASAP" will prove to be correct.  I don't think whitelists mean squat when trying to book because they will generally want a reference from a k-girl.  Maybe there's some exceptions I haven't noticed but I don't think any K-girls whitelist anybody.
