Stay away from Burbank Inn...I heard from a little bird that it is a trap. He claims to be an TER member.. His name is "Tony"...His references are listed on two review sites. One did not answer her phone.. The second acted really weird..like she had been coached? The guy gave me a weird feeling..I have certain tools that I use to detect B.S...Don't trust anyone and references to (??) I pass!!....Stings in Simi Valley,California area ...and Burbank has a bad rep. Those local fuzz.. Stay safe friends..
