Do any of you have a suggestion on a great provider in the LA area who will do outcall with couples and won't charge an arm and a leg (we'll hopefully be all tangled in those)? I did a search but truthfully there's too many choices and I haven't found a review of provider coming to a house for a couple's session. Maybe I'm missing something.

I've had the good fortune to have done the three way thing with Nikita with three different girls (Venus, Alexandra Quinn, and a friend of Nikita's) and each one of those would undoubtedly be somewhere in the top 5 ever! Not sure what you mean by an arm and a leg but if you're looking for a beautiful woman who will rock both your worlds, you can't do any better!
