...prefer one hour visits.  It sounds like there are a lot of providers who won't be getting my business.  I don't speak for anyone but myself, but I don't think that reducing the number of potential clients a provider is willing to see is a recipe for success.

I've been doing this only for one year. I took most of the summer 'off' in that I didn't actively pursue clients hard like I had been. This was a refreshing and much needed hiatus.

As I come back I'm noticing a few things as well, one is guys with established whitelists shorting me on money and things like that.

(Please save the lecture about looking at the money first, obviously I'm a guppy.. But not for long. )

It forces me to consider different policies and practicies and it pisses me off. This was supposed to be fun and now I'm dealing with people who really clearly do not have my best interests at heart and don't even respect me enough to follow through with the terms they agreed to. Who does that?DO you just up and pay your mechanic what you feel like paying him? DONATION  is a euphemism. They are rates and they are non-negotiable and so reasonable that now, after this weekend, I'm raising my already too low rate and investing in a more thorough and organized screening process which is an expense for me and gets passed on to you. Unfortunately, if the whitellist system is this fallible there's little point to paying for TER's service. So I"m   exploring different business practices like deposits, etc and revamping my screening process since the whitelist system here is useless, HX a nightmare and anyone coming in from my email could be a douche or worse, LE>

Someone smart should starts a provider side CRM that aggregates and integrates all the sites that we use into a single point CRM with a back-end interface that allows us to keep all of our contacts  in one place, SHARE notes in REAL time with each other about what's happening. I bet it can be done as an app, an add on or such.
f
SO many of the sites use the same kind of data, obviously the more standardized the better. But since that's the biggest need I can see, it will populate and be useful very quickly with a smart launch. I know enough about all of that to know I don't know enough about it to say another word! LOL

But from now on, I will require actual IDs, and such. NO more relying on these networks they've been compromised far too much to do anything but clog my pipeline with nonsense and suck precious time away from the real pipes and sucking and such! Sheesh!

By the time I"m done going through emails the majority of which are ridiculous time wasting, "HI, beautiful, how are you?" the last thing I was to do is fuck any of those guys. It's pretty rough. I try to maintain a positive attitude, but ya'll don't make it easy.

So, how am I? Thanks for asking, (I'm busy answering emails, wishing they all gave a handle, date, time, duration and special details all in the subject line)  I'd be orgasming as much from emails than from seeing clients. I know it's not as romantic to be pedantic  (oh yes I did! ) but nothing is hotter than an easy badda bing badda boom email exchange with a randy gentlemen who provides what's required. He's going to have a great time, trust.

Then there's the "make an appointment and don't show up." I think some clients are doing this routinely and if they find an escort they like better, or a lower price, or closer or sooner or whatever, they just blow off the other providers.
The is due to the fact that we hadn't been requiring these things before. We're responding to how the market is behaving.

The more we are pressured into increasingly  risky activities, the more we are stood up, under paid, abused in forums, dragged through the mud by unkind reviewers with a chip, (none of mine, btw just what I'v read) the more we all but especially the independent, free range, providers will continue to create policies and structures to prevent these injuries and insult from harming us or our livelihood.

That is my "just over two cents" worth. Thanks!

"Free range provider" does that mean you do out calls to farms?

I am  surprised anyone read all of that. Lol then again, maybe you just read that part.

But to answer, yes outcalls to elite, VIP, luxury, ATF highly valued farms, prairies, savannahs, mesas, sweeping vistas and open ranges.

Free range, baby, free range.

Plenty of providers don't require a deposit and won't see a provider with a 1 1/2 hr minimum.

But I am a part time provider and don't take on nearly as much risk as ladies who depend on this line of work for living expenses.

It's one of those things where flakiness begins to take a toll on business (and enjoyment), and deposits provide a certain ease of mind.

Clients who do not want to pay deposits have the choice to just find another provider... there are plenty, right?.... should be easy enough!

I require a 50% deposit to book & 2 hours minimum, unless we are friends.  I am not here for everyone.  My time is very limited & choose to spend it wisely.  Chemistry is everything. This is my hobby too!  I have a full-time job I am blessed to be a stay at home Super Mamacita.  (M.I.L.F.) lol Smile 4 me! I also, run a business online.

When I was a guppy=Rookie & I had nothing, but time no problemo I could afford to take that risk.  Now, I must have compatibility, or I do not want your business.  I have required a deposit to book for the last 7 years it works for me. My safety is a priority as a single Mom.  Those who respect & appreciate my candor are the gentlemen I want to entertain.

Have a blessed Monday my TER friends.  Sharing is caring.

It's like anything else. Providers can charge what they want in any way they want but they need to be ok with the results.

Higher fees and deposits both lead to less activity. Some may prefer that others not. This realm is very efficient in that way.

I had to assume I will not get my money back if she cancels. I will be willing to do deposit for dinner date or overnight or when everyone is asking for it.

asked for a deposit, I ask why, and the provider says its to guarantee her time in case I don't show up.  Fair enough.  I explain that I am a busy executive and my time is at least as valuable as hers, so I will pay the deposit if the cancellation terms are reciprocal.  In other words, if I cancel or no-show, she keeps my money.  On the other hand, if SHE cancels or no-shows, then she re-schedules the session and waives the fee.  After that, they usually agree to waive the deposit.  I've only cancelled twice on less then 48 hours notice in nine years, both for family medical emergencies, so its really not much of a risk for her.

Try getting your money back if you cancel within her time allowed, or worse if she cancels, good luck trying to collect.
I've had ladies from LA meet me in Vegas without a deposit, but that's rare, or maybe I just come off trust worthy.
And we never had a problem...
Now the 90/120 min, I can see that. When I travel to Vegas ,the 120 min is the norm for my dates, but while I'm home, in LA, that doesn't work for me.

I have only seen a provider who  requires a deposit one time.  Usually I would avoid them.  The one time I did see someone who required one things went fine.  Even though it was the first time I met her, we had chatted quite a bit and I knew the last thing she would want was a rip off review.  But unless it was someone I was comfortable with, I would consider it a rip off red flag.  I might pay a deposit to someone like MiaHug if I felt I really had to because I know she is legit, but I would not appreciate it.  Plus we have chatted enough, even though I have not met her yet, that I can tell she seems to be a good person.  But in general a deposit is a red flag in my book.

I wonder how a provider would react if I asked for a deposit as insurance that she wouldn't flake?  It would probably not be well received.  LOL

Providers have the right to dictate their terms of service...deposits, minimum time etc

Clients have the right to pick and choose among providers...

There are a lot of options out there...choose wisely

I posted about the high end independent providers today. There is always so much angst with a lot of these girls. If you ask more than one question your thrown to the junk heap. Having to wait hours for a reply. I think providers flake more then guys they complain about. I've never ever have no shoes or flaked in any way. I understand if that's what you want to do but no way I'd see a girl asking for a deposit.
As I mentioned in my post, for a lot less you often get so much more with kgirls. No angst, just an easy set up and mostly top notch service.

I have them play half upfront so I can get my own flight and my own hotel for what I feel I  need
as the other gent said if I can't make it , I return then whole donation so far that's not happen .

Travel or tours take more time to work out.. next week i'm traveling to see someone who I'v seen
before , but he's coming to Az  so I have him make a deposit , that way i'm happy and have no worries .

Full Screening can or will keep the flakes out , but not always , life does get in the way of things if you have family
some guy's may need to cancel last min and if you have booked out a ladies times for say hr2- 3- 6 hr's  she may not be
able to fill that in , when last min
but on a reg tour I don't request deposit for hr or 2hrs appt's

asking for deposit for hr appts may be not so much a good thing in my book .( some ladies may need that to book a room) not saying that's what's going on ..just me 2 cent's .. but I may be wrong ..

im going to add if you have had to canceled more then once and I give you another chance and you flake out again
then you will make a full
non returnable deposit  , I think giving more then 2 chance is well worth the deposit  !!

Give a deposit, you’ll never see half the providers who ask for it....  plenty of top-notch providers out there who don’t require it....  been in the hobby for decades and never have and never will give a deposit....

My policy (no deposits needed unless its a 24hr+ booking or someone who's been BL for NCNS) is that if I need to cancel - it happens - of course its refundable! Sometimes, if its last minute, I may offer a small discount on our future date. I respect my clients' time and money as much as they do mine :)

I've been requiring deposits for dates that are longer than 4 hours or anything requiring me to travel.

I've heard so many horror stories from other gals. I figured a true gentlemen who is well versed in this lifestyle and plans a healthy ongoing relationship will understand a deposit and will have no problem with it.

I find it filters out any potential for cancellations.  Everyone I've seen has paid and continues to do so.  3 of my favorite clients leave a deposit for our next date at the end of our scheduled one; some in cash and some have me set up on Venmo or Paypal. It's so easy, discreet, and worry free.

I figured if he's too cheap to pay the deposit , we most likely won't get along anyway.

the gent is "serious" about his encounter and not going to waist each others time. Off the top of my head I can recall 5 deposits at different times because I either went on a fly-me-to-you or an extended trip that required my attendance for more than one day. Its just security and once the important part is taken care of the time between one another is natural and fun!

Sadly I can not require a deposit because I am always on tour and most of my booking are last minute. I hate getting stood up and cancelation, if I took a deposit many clients would not cancel on me because they don't want to waste their money and they are more serious about meeting. Maybe in the future I'll require a deposit when I have a bunch of regulars in many states. #goals haha!
I prefer multiple hour bookings better, let say I got a call from a guy requesting an hour at a specific time and got another call right after him from a guy requesting 2 or more hours, of course I will book the second guy because no deposit = no set date.
The girls who require multiple hours to see them are lucky! I feel like if I did that I would lose on so much business from the guys who only do an hour. When I'm "famous" enough to require multiple hours then I'll do it :) it's a smart business decision especially when you work from hotels less men coming in and out from your room. Safer.

I started requiring deposits for all appointments starting in 2014 and it has not affected business for me in a negative way at all. I don't ask for a huge sum but enough to know the client is serious about booking. It is enough to cover my incall fee or travel fees in case of a cancellation. I highly recommend it!

I am with BigPapa,  also do you notice that the pricier the provider the bitchier they get. K- girls by far provide better SREVICE and ask for much less money. My experience the overpriced providers feel very self centered and entitled . This is all about them where as with K girls , its ALL about the customer.

After taking a brief hiatus to finish my move & start my new full-time gig, I decided to implement a 25% deposit policy for all bookings (50% for fly-me-to-you) and a minimum booking time for Minneapolis only. The reason for a minimum booking time in Minneapolis is due to work & classes; my time here is more limited than when I travel for fun. Personally, when traveling/touring, the deposit provides "ease of mind" because you know the person is serious. Those that have issue with it are totally welcome to move along - I am in no way offended. I outline the policies clearly on my website and always offer to answer any questions should someone have questions. Like Devorah, neither have impacted my business negatively.

It's disheartening to hear that some folks are uncomfortable with deposits, but when I pause to contemplate on the topic, I completely understand why.
