Hey everyone, my name is Arlette. I recently went independent in LA and I’ve been dealing with some really weird behavior from TER members. A lot of TER guys book appointments and then just completely no-show, CRICKETS. They don’t even bother to cancel at least 24 hours ahead of time so I can manage my schedule better.
I’m not fan of deposits, and honestly they cause me a ton of hassle because they expose personal information, crypto was a solution but not everyone can handle that. I was ready to give up but after a conversation with another provider, I decided to keep deposit policy in order to protect my time, at least a little.
I thought TER was the safest site and that the men on there, especially the ones with reviews, would be reliable. What’s causing this behavior? Should I report these guys to moderators? Are they real people at all?
I used to work with an agency and their clients always showed up on time with zero problems. Now I’m facing this totally baffling stuff and I have no idea how to handle it so it stops messing up my schedule.
I’d really appreciate any advice!

Your reviews are tops. Many TER members feel entitled. They will waste your time if you let them. Many will promise you a glowing review if you see them at a discounted rate and never write you a review.  

Another 10+yr vet here chiming in... Everything Queen Bia said is spot on. I'll add that requiring a face pic with their driver's license is another safeguard for your personal safety (multiple men can pose using a TER account/email/name info). How else are you supposed to know that guy showing up (because he paid a deposit) isn't an ax murderer or on a 10 Most Wanted poster somewhere? (There are a few workarounds that can occasionally come into play but this policy should easily be 90% of the time) IMO your health and safety is the primary concern, and then it's about safeguarding your time.

Yes, plenty of men will either never inquire with you and/or complain loudly about either of these requirements. They're not your audience anyway. You're young, beautiful, expensive and well reviewed. Your audience is going to mostly be the men who lurk and rarely post. They are the ones who understand that THEIR safety is intimately tied to YOUR safety so the more selective you are, the more you do to protect yourself, the less likely it is that trouble will ever find you and have any chance of trickling down to them. They also understand that in order for them to get what they want (a mind-blowing awesome time), YOU NEED to feel safe, respected and completely unbothered/stressed about them showing up, on time,  and being a gentleman of his word. It's a win-win situation and your true audience will appreciate that.

I was only friends with Kendra and she used to tell me all about this, but the thing is that clients from Tryst, P411, and even Eros provide both verification and deposit with no problems at all. But with TER  guys it turns into some kind of circus. At least here in LA 🤦🏻‍♀️ Honestly, I think it was done on some kinda purpose. For some reason they deliberately ask for my address and then when it’s our date time…crickets.
I think they do this specifically so they can write fake reviews later. I know it sounds paranoid, but agencies in LA, Chicago, and NY actually do that - they create a chat that can later be used to take down a competitor. In reality the chat exists, but there was no actual meeting, but TER won’t care about it. I’m just trying to understand the logic behind this kind of behavior of guys from TER and so far I can’t find any other explanation. Has anyone here had a similar experience?
I’ve seen a lot of girls get ruined in LA with fake reviews right in front of my eyes, especially when they left the agency and had way too good reviews…

Edrienne, you’re absolutely right on screening - we never know with whom we might meet here, and I always do a proper screening and background check.
This behavior really scares me because I have no idea how I’ll deal with the agencies later if they have screenshots of our chats where I gave them my address.
When I see a good background, solid TER reviews and whitelist status, and we’ve already agreed on a meeting - I don’t understand why they’d just disappear without any explanation? No one owe me anything and etc. I understand that, but who cancelled  the very basic politeness in LA?
I thought it might make sense to create a website and upload all their info with the chat screenshots + video of chats there, but I’m scared to actually do it. If these are agencies (they have tons of verifications), then I risk to defame a real, decent, probably even nice person

Don't give out your location information until you get a deposit from a serious person.

I’ve been burned a couple of times by fake providers so I don’t do deposits. Probably my fault for not doing my homework beforehand.

I feel you and I respect that, it is your choice, and especially if you had bad experience - it’s totally understandable, but in that case you should contact providers who’s fine with no deposit policy, and don’t waste time of the ones who don’t. It’s very basic respect to the time of others and logically correct because if you think I’m scam - dafuq you contact me at all? I don’t ask a permission or opinion how exactly I should handle my job, but if you disagree - at least don’t waste my time. It seem like guys who had bad experiences themselves trying to provide me with the same bad experience LoL  
I was always wondering if they don’t have friends to talk with? TER full of trolls - they available for conversations anytime LoL I already had bad experiences with TER members who simply NoCallNoShow without deposits, but I don’t blame everyone - I changed my policy of work, QB and Edrienne absolutely right about deposits.
I already reported to TER team all of these time wasters because they clearly trying to get my personal information for some reason. I even had that again yesterday, two times, in LA again. I decided that I’ll report them to TER support and will create a telegram channel with all their info and all of our communications to proof that I’m not slander them just because and everyone can read the whole story, not my « upset » side only as it often happens on Mr.Number.

You absolutely right QB and since it was happen again yesterday I decided to add extra security and send to my clients some special stuff, unique to every client, and only after deposit, so these idiots cannot post their fake reviews. I already requested to remove several of them, and TER removed them within a few days, even though they were good, but I never met them in person. Idk I only face this problem in LA, guys from MN are already booked all my tour dates there, absolutely no issues with screening and deposits, excited to see them! Maybe you should visit MN too!

I agree that providers should run their business as they choose.
I also think that clients should respect the time providers have to spend in deciding who they choose to see. I dont want to waste their time & mine as well. But unfortunately this business attracts all kinds.

I have had some cases of the lady being no show also without even bothering to let me know.  Granted guys probably do it more because either their hornyness or they were too horny and did self service.  The problem with deposits is there are a lot of ladies that will scam someone and vanish after getting a deposit.  So most of the time, if a deposit is required, I just look for someone else.  The only site I will possibly do a deposit on is P411 since P411 will remove people who scam others.  

There have been a few situations where legit providers who decided to exit the business, or perhaps exit and later rebrand, went out in a blaze of glory. It’s why deposits make me nervous even for legit providers. It kind of sucks because we get punished on both sides for the bad behavior of some.

I have a strict no deposit policy. Execeptions are for well reviewed porn stars and even them im slightly hesitant.

Yeah, it's very annoying.  I saw a lady in Flagstaff once and things went well.  Then later, I asked her if she wanted to see me in a different city I was in.  She agreed, but the day of texted me saying she started her period and had to cancel.  Then I tried her again the next time I was there, she assured the period would not happen again due when we were meeting in the month.  Yet, when we had agreed she would arrive, she totally vanished.  Didn't bother texting to let me know and didn't respond to my texts.  Clearly she likely decided she didn't want to drive the extra distance even though I had told her I would pay her for the extra drive time.  So I wasted all that time for nothing.
