1.) You're not trying to get the "flavor of the month" girl who is all booked up by 9:15 am every day.
2.) You've worked with that k-booker before, or you have another trusted L.A. k-booker who will vouch for you.
If not, your chances go way down. My first k-girl appointment took 3 days to arrange because my flaky references (all non-Korean) took forever to respond.
In my experience, cancellations are rare. Usually, appointments are cancelled when the girl goes home early because she isn't feeling well. Once in a while, the booker double books by mistake and you get bumped. However, bookers usually handle multiple girls, so if your first choice gets cancelled, ask the booker if any of their other girls are available. The good bookers will do this as good customer service. And even the not so good bookers will do this to get your $. The most popular girls get booked early, however, there are many, many other choices available.
your posted reviews which are mostly out of state you chances of seeing a K-girl are slim to nil . You simply do not seem to have the criteria , as explained by RPM , to see the majority of CV listed K-girls.
then 2hr before your appt reconfirm. i've never heard of a girl canceling within 2hr. then go ahead and cancel the other appt. bookers get cancelations all the time and 2hr isn't a big deal to them.

without credible references/reviews it will be highly unlikely to get an appointment... you might have to call various numbers.. In my experience the bookers acttually verify the information and call you back.. good luck with that sir....if you don't get a call back then you're not an appoitnmetn period.. why don't try messaging them first? see if you can get a responese
