Classic link is gone
On the new version is a vast improvement over the classic, but for me, this discussion board format spells the death of efficiency.
It's brutal when you are playing opinion attack & defend with a half a dozen people...
Very hard to keep track of all the posts......and the subtle shading between posts isn't contrasting enough to separate stuff so that it all blends together. It's hard to tell where one post and it's comments stop and the next one begins.
I've all but given up checking TER on my phone now. *sigh*I hate this new format as well. Super hard to read and not very functional on multiple levels. I really this update website bullshit! The old format was totally fine. It's like people are just justifying their jobs and wasting money doing a website redo. Keep it as it was. It was totally fine and worked great. Now it sucks!

"It's bad, really terrible, just bad"Was there a reason given for changing to this new format? I wish we still had the option of reverting to the classic site. I think the classic site was just easier to read and looked more expensive. This new format looks too simple. Plus, clients might easily overlook some of the reviews because the words do not pop as much, so you can easily move down the list and miss a name or two.
New format sucks big time! Bring back the original asap!
TER also went thru a transition to a new site a few years ago and the reaction was the same. But, over time, we all got used to it and IT is now the old, revered site. My only quarrel with this transition is that, as I recall it, the old site was left up longer. I remember slowly getting used to the new and gradually stopped clicking to the old. Among things I don't care for, there are some advantages to the new format, the most useful (for me) is being able to search favorites along different variables.
The main issue is that we are all creature of habit. By and large, I don't see the new site as "bad" so much as just "different."I've been a member for over ten years. The prior revision was not nearly as dramatic as this one. This one sucks!
This does suck. They could have kept the classic format and just changed the fonts and coloring.
