I personally wouldn't consider her reviews old, since her last review was Feb '10. I've seen ladies who haven't had a review in over a year.
Sometimes life gets in the way of escorting, or she may have lots of regulars. You never know.
If you ask politely why she hasn't had a review in 6 months she'll probably tell you. If you see her, write a review.
