Need help, specifically Europe
I am currently on a business trip in Lugano, Switzerland but I am finding myself in need. Must be the cold weather. 
I scanned the web for possible contact but I am not confident on whether I am just going to get a ROB (being in foreign country). TER does not have much on small cities like this. Also, not a lot publish their rates and I cannot travel outside as I have no car so preference is local in Lugano only or an outcall.

This is a good review site for europe...mostly london but you can probably find reviews for switzerland too
