I’m moving to LA county real soon.
And I found out that the DA of LA county is not prosecuting prostitution now.
What’s that mean?
So there won’t be arrest, no sting, no punishment whatsoever for hobby?

In LA the DA only handles felonies.  The City Attorneys office does misdemeanors.
I’d still be advised you can get burned.

Typically misdemeanors are punished with monetary fines because they are a petty offenses. If you, or anyone you know has been charged for this bs, then you know it's all for money. In my life experience escort agencies are targeted & human trafficking is a huge problem. When selecting a mature, low-volume provider who cares about her safety I don't think you will have any issues. You should be safe regardless where you choose to hobby because the laws vary in each state. Vocabulary is everything.

Sounds like bad advice. Massage places are certainly being targeted for trafficking still...

Some areas of LA or LA county are 0 tolerance, like Long Beach.

Men arrested for solicitation or such get around 2k bail, aids test read in court, 1k in court fines, and class with a bunch of other dudes or  workers

Some CA cites, like San Diego, actually post men's photos in new stories. This happened recently to a friend's friend in another state. Guy lost his job. Cops took over a worker's ad and got like 4 guys. That is how they get men the most, get a workers phone and computer and then set up her calls/use her location.

I get contacted by a lot of men who don't get that TEXT messages and calls are used so when you arrive, they don't need anything else if you are using code, acts or monies. They "screen" you at booking. They literally have a female cop answering the phone.

Do a Google search for "Operation Reclaim and Rebuild."

During last week alone 200 johns were nabbed. You'll have to dig deeper into the many articles to determine whether these were mostly MP, but at least one article I read stated that they are targeting internet-based mongering.
