Where are your clients interested in an incall date?  I usually get a hotel where my friends tell me to because I am accommodating their needs.  Ask the gents who are booking dates with you.  For example:

DTLA, Beverly Hills, Marina Del Rey, LAX

Ladies/gents (let's be inclusive, k?) to know where to get a room that is good for all unknown and prospective clients.

What I do when picking a location in city/state I have never been is. Put a general visiting ad up on local boards and keep track of location of those who respond. I also go to local review boards and see which
city/area has the most recent reviews posted by hobbiest. I then combine the two final numbers and
make a choice. I also reach out to well reviewed local girls to get info about safety, hotels and the Le.

This is my trip to LA so I can’t give any more help then that.

I hope you have a wonderful trip

It can take more than 2 hours to drive from one end of city to another. That's more than 4 hours round trip to see someone. I am not sure how many hobbyists would be willing to do that. Although I usually (90% of the time) see providers who is on the westside, downtown LA would be a safe bet due to its central location. Personally, I don't like to drive to DTLA during weekdays because of traffic.
