on this woman, though I feel your pain--I've been ripped off like this before. A much better idea would be to write a review, so future customers will be warned. That's why there are review sites.
am i missing something? dont reviews always include the lady's phone number, website, etc.... contact information is a necessary part of a review, so why do you say it would be wrong to do that?
Why *wouldn't* one post the ad phone number? Not posting the phone number that a provider uses makes it very difficult to find reviews of them, be them good or bad, both of which helps us clients.
