LIke others have said, you're attracted to beauty, but you can't live with dumb for very long.  I've tried it twice and it doesn't work. You've got to have both in the right measure and I'd rather be in a LT relationship with a smart 8 than a stupid 10.

But the personality/disposition is extremely important also.  Nobody wants to be around someone that isn't happy, open-minded and pleasant to be around.  That really counts for a lot in relationships and frequently gets overlooked in favor of looks.

Okay guys so I am wondering.... For your mate/wife/gf, which is the most important to you Brains or Beauty?  Just wondering, Madison

I tend to be a superficial scummy man slut , so of course it is the beauty that first catches my eye.  But it is the intellect that seduces my heart.  My wife and my faves enjoy both chracteristics.  STP is a happy & lucky guy.

Looks are important (you have to be attracted to the person), but in the long run, having someone on the same wavelength is equally important
