Other providers who relocated outside the US after FOSTA have recently had their reviews taken back down. This is likely due to conflicting website info, social media, or ads that strongly suggest the provider in fact is operating primarily in the US. Or, someone tried to post a review of the provider indicating the session took place in the US.
Another theory is that some of these providers have moved to sites the TER considers direct competition. It never bothered them before, but it is a theory.
How TER tracks this info down or decides who's profile stays and who's does not, is unknown to me.

When you claim to be in London and your profile shows a phone number from SoCal, you blew it yourself. Nobody had to have a big mouth. TER is not stupid. Under FOSTA, they will be held to a "reasonable diligence." That means they don't necessarily have to come to your home in another country to verify you are there, but if there is conflicting information in you profile, then they may investigate further. Ii don't know why many of the ladies automatically think one of their own is out to get them, and ratted them out. Paranoia has seized everyone for no reason.
"Did you REALLY move offshore, or where you just try to game the new TER policy?" I think a lot of girls were just moving in name only, thinking if they just said they were in Toronto or Vancouver, that would be enough to establish new residency in another country. Those that tried to do this should have known that they would be discovered eventually. I think if you list your location in another country, but don't have any logistical support to prove you are really there, TER and everyone else will figure it out sooner or later, including LE. You are putting TER at risk by attempting such a transparent hoax, and in taking your profile and reviews down, they are just protecting themselves and making sure they are in compliance with the new laws. Its not personal, just business.
