Yeah... my mother always said ...If you cant say anything nice then shut up. With that and keeping with the policy of not not being mean on this board.... if you have been on TER longer than 6-7 years and want to hear my experience with Blaire then PM me here. Numbers (10/10) are subjective and can be misleading. Again it`s classic YMMV but I want the older brothers not to drop 7 bills and maybe be disenchanted. But hey , if you got it and will not miss it , then go for it. I will not be writing a review.
I may be dating myself but I fell in love with a P1800 volvo ( the Saints car) when I was in college. It looked great and sexy and cool. I dropped 700 bucks for it and couldnt wait to cruise up and down Com ave in Boston with it. Well now the Saint is on MeTV showing reruns and I cant watch it and curse the TV even if I flip by by it when surfing.

To reiterate (and most important IMHO), if her reviews are true, the increase in price won't deter anyone from booking. Kudos Blaire ;)

I beg to differ.  At 250 per, pretty much any dude on TER is going to try and book a hot lady like Blaire.  When u change your rate to 700 per, your client base shrinks.  Of course, there will always be gents that are willing to pay that rate.  A lot of guys who booked at 250 will not book at 700.  And IMHO, thats probably fine with Blaire.  If she can get 700 and be comfortable with the business she is getting, great, more power to her.  But to say she will get the same amount of calls at 700 instead of 250 is not realistic.

I never said she won't get any biz.  There are gents who will pay her rate for the exact reason u mentioned.  But most of the guys who saw her at 250 per won't see her at 700 because the 250 rate was the reason they booked her.

And from what I can tell, she is ok with that.

My sentiments exactly. However, I don't hold anything against this lady at all. Sounds like she devised a good marketing strategy that just wound up being a bit too successful. Good for her.

IMO, price is just a reflection of how often a lady wants to work. Nothing else. At 250 to 300, you're working A LOT. At 350 to 500, you're working a moderate amount. If you go above 500, it's because you don't want to see a lot of guys in one day. And if you go above 1000, it's because you only want to see a few guys per month.

Speaking generally, of course.

I think it will be best for Blaire in the long run and those that will be able to afford her. You know I was disappointed on Saturday and it could have been handled differently, but she has to take care of her own well being just like anybody else. Her safety and health is the most important thing.

The fact she had some bad experiences is enough to make the change, in my book.

Unfortunately, the lower the price, the more chance of a disrespecting douche bag.  I don't pay more than 400, it's just a personal limit. Yet I understand with a lower price comes certain...um...circumstances that I have to accept.

Good luck, Blaire, even though I won't be seeing you. I think the 20 great reviews strategy was genius!

A lot of girls run holiday specials this time of year. I found out about Blaire's special from this very board just after x-mas and figured that by New Year's Day the offer was going to be over. An offer like this with someone (who I'm assuming is) as special as Blaire, only comes around every so often... but when the opportunity arises, you gotta be ready for it.

I admire her for running the special and knowing when to stop it (just hope she's come out of it okay). Haven't even met her yet and I agree with some of the other sentiments mentioned of her in this thread such as 'legend' and 'genius'.

I wondered why Blaire hadn't texted me the two times I waited for her in the lobby.  At least now I have an idea what she was going through.  She double booked on my first attempt, the second time I have no clue what happened.  I won't go into details here out of courtesy for Blaire, PM me if you must know.  I just hope she'll contact me to set up a time when we can finally meet.
