Truthfully, it doesn't add up that you've "never" been able to see a legit provider and you are blacklisted.

Something went chop chop with your "First encounter" with a lady, if that was really your first. But it could be alot of issues, you short changed her, you played "rough", you flake out on a few ocassions, you demanded things that weren't on her menu,you stalked someone or in short, you were an asshole. She then reported you to a data site that keeps track of this shit. Now this is my guess but it's what I hear from the ladies for reasons that could put you that site.
