There is a hobbiest in the Ventura area who is ripping ladies off.  I would like to get the word out but not sure how to do that!  Suggestions?

...and ive definitely been 'ripped off' or 'raped'  (you know, for my money im saying, of course) before. alot. we don't have any recourse as far as i know. even with a name, lic plate, all that good stuff. we can only make a simple post on the providers board and hope when he tries it again the girl looks months back at posts...cuz the dummy that did it the first time called back a year later!!! (changed my #, thats why LOL)
