I think its already out there.  Kind of excessive to call for a Scarlet Letter.  Especially since most of the hobbyist have relationships or booty calls outside the hobby that don't call for condoms.  And who knows how many providers have the same.

Raising concerns over BBFS is an important alert and much appreciated. Some escorts I have refused to see because reviews indicate BBFS and I am not interested in adding this stress to my life. However, three providers in the last couple years have been so horny they have stuck my cock inside without protection and I found it so wonderful that I actually returned for more bareback full service. Downside is I spent the next 6 months stressed until I got tested. Its not worth it, at least in my mind. Some providers offer bbfs with testing and this is somewhat safer.
