Actually not totally unheard of.
Currently there are the Latina twins from San Diego that play together and advertise in LA periodically (although I have never seen them together, they have good reviews).

She's 10 years younger than me, so still gorgeous at 35, but in her 20s, it was YOWZA!

As an aside, and relating to Lilly's comment, I actually was discussing this very topic with an old high school crush of mine awhile back, and SHE admitted to having similar fantasies about her younger brother, who like my sister, was about 10 years younger than her.
