Eyes and smile. Both are so inter-connected and immediately set the tone

on their eyes.  If they look into my eyes I want to catch them so I know its okay to say something.  

I would say her entire countenance.....face; eyes; smile; figure; clothing or lack thereof...........especially if lack thereof.
