By now what, I assume you are asking us, what to do next. Here are my thoughts even though I don't know jack shit about your life, background or anything except you just felt an emotional connection with a sex worker and for whatever reason, this is giving you pause.

I've been in this place before and the exercise you have to do is to keep asking yourself "now what?" - imagine the next stage in this process, assume it goes well, and then ask yourself again, "now what?" - keep doing that over and over and think if you are really truly okay with the implications of taking the next step with a woman who currently performs sex in exchange for money as a living.

Are you okay dating her while she is still "working". Are you okay asking her to quit her job to have a monogamous relationship with you? Are you okay if she does quit and then becomes dependent on you for financial support? Are you okay having her meet your parents? Are you okay meeting her parents, in Korea, where she told everyone she was going to the US to get her masters degree? Are you okay having her meet and hang out with your friends? Are you okay when one of your friends first meets her, and while shaking her hand gets a weird squint of deep thought followed by a wide-eyed shock of internal recognition of "hey your the girl I paid $250 to lick my asshole and then swallow my jizz"? Do you expect her to lie to everyone about how you two met? What if she doesn't want to? Would you be ashamed of having met the love of your life in a brothel? Are you okay marrying her? Are you okay with her being the mother of your children? Are you ready for when little Butch is 4 years old and asks you "How did you and Mommy meet"?

If you had met this nice Asian girl at a library or a laundromat, had gotten friendly, asked her out for a date, and proceeded to enjoy each others company (either emotionally or biblicaly), I assume you would not be perplexed at the next step. I assume you would be calling her right now to ask if she was busy tomorrow night and if so then when could you see her again. If this assumption is incorrect, then you have bigger issues to resolve.

But you are not doing that. Instead you are asking an online board filled with whores and whore-mongers (sorry - hobbyists and providers for those whose sensitive feelings I just offended) what to do next. In a nutshell my friend, you just answered your own question.

This woman (not k girl, but woman) is a real live human being with a soul, emotions, feelings and the ability to receive and give real actual love. She could very well right now be sitting on a couch devouring a pint of Ben & Jerry's, depressed as shit that the really nice man who she thought she had a real connection with hasn't called her back yet. Or she could be laughing it up with the other k girls in between appointments about the sucker American who she just might be able to con into marrying her so she can get a green card. Could go either way.

Bottom line - IMHO - you can't expect love unless you risk giving it.

The next step is entirely up to you...
