If you know a provider who has access to the Provider Board, give her the information and then she should be able to post it on that particular board.

This really bothers me. I don't understand why these type of assholes have rights? Are we going to let a girl get hurt before we stand up and do something? Another Charlie Sheen gets away with almost murder. Come on people... Ugh!!!
But, I suspect the answer is TER doesn't want to set a precedent by stepping into any he said, she said situations.
The problem with allowing identifying information about TER members is that essentially you hand any unscrupulous provider OR hobbyist the ability to blackmail someone. I can also tell you from personal experience that even discussing things behind "closed boards" is about as leak-proof as a sieve.
Also, TER isn't primarily intended as a tool for escorts to network with each other (it happens here, but it's incidental to its primary purpose). It's primarily intended for hobbyists to review providers and share information about their experiences. As such, it's not unreasonable to go "use other means to share this information that don't involve TER". That doesn't mean it's bad for escorts to look out for each other- it just means TER isn't the right place to do this.

I agree the girl should have called LE immediately after the fact...unfortunately, too many people are selfish and do not care about the next girl, who might not be as lucky.
the questions LE would have asked could have put her in even more jeopardy? How is a girl who just went through such a ordeal being selfish because she was probably scared to death of both him and LE if she called them.
LE does not care about what you are doing if a more serious crime has been committed...base on your reasoning criminal will get a free pass if they attack providers...
LE absolutely cares about what she is doing and it will become a part of a record when the report is made.
I am not saying that girls shouldn't report these things, but at the same time if she decides she doesn't want to, for whatever reason, she should not be called selfish.

Multiple providers have stated on TER that NBL does NOT verify any information provided to them- essentially anyone with an axe to grind can lie and say whatever they want to. In fact, TER Admin is listed there.

Suggesting that one shouldn't use a bad tool (like the NBL) is not the same as saying nothing should be done. There are ways of passing information that don't involve mixing it up with bullshit.
FWIW, one of the providers who's said NBL is full of shit and useless has been assaulted in the past, so it's not like she doesn't understand sharing information to keep ladies safe. It's just you don't use bad tools. NBL is so full of bullshit and falsehoods that it's not worth using.

I notice you have a blog on your site, maybe you could post that info there? As I said before many girls do not have reviews on TER, therefore no access to the Provider Only board, but I am sure they read the discussion board, and that would then point them to your board and blog.

Yeah, I'm sure the girls use that one all the time so the can keep the full donation. The number two line is that their dog ate the money.
The guy has been added to the National Blacklist, as well as Provider Buzz. This was done before I even posted this message. She is ok, she was just shooken up from the experience.
None of the providers we work with are thieves, so for some of you to turn this situation around is a bit ridiculous. The gent was screened through employment, not references, and a call was made TO HIS work to verify. So yes, HE WAS SCREENED throughly. Just because his work information checks out, does not mean that he is not a psycho path. This is the problem with taking hobbyists without references. And I must say, this is the first time that this has happened.
Regardless, she is ok and we are taking precautions to warn other providers.
