I'm a first timer to the hobby, and therefore have no reference of any kind.  I dont mind giving out references, but so far all the asian provider i've contacted so far are not willing to screen but instead required references.  Is there a reputable provider that's willing to screen for the first timer in the OC orLA area? preferably a K provider.  Thanks!
