...house because the foot traffic will not be noticeable (unless they're all carrying water bottles and have shit-eating grins).

Ideally, a location will be near a major freeway AND be a bit secluded.  The two are not mutually exclusive.

As the Capt. said, sharing can present problems - LE, more foot traffic, but it can save money.  You shouldn't just share with anyone; know your partner.

Small incorporated cities like Beverly Hills should be avoided.  Their police depts. can place more emphasis on going after prostitution than a large city like L.A.

Biggest complaint - lack of street parking.

I wanted to get some opinions of both the hobbyists and providers that frequent this LA board: Where is the best place to have an incall location? I am sure that there are several answers to that question, so let me clarify a bit further: what are some characteristics of an incall spot that hobbyists enjoy when visiting, and providers enjoy is using? Aspects that I came up with include

- apartment or home in a duplex vs standalone home

- near a major freeway or a bit secluded for privacy

-sharing with other providers / having one location to yourself

-neighborhoods to look specifically in/ avoid

Common complaints of hobbyists when traveling to incall location

Common complaints of providers when hosting

Hopefully this can not only help me but others as well!

What I was going to say was this:

I personally don't care if the in all location is a house or apt, as long as it is discreet, with an entrance not on a major street....

I prefer a single provider on premises because I once was at a Thai Gael's apt and her partner had LE come in for an appt, and the minute I heard the guy in the living room ask questions, and be really loud, I knew it was LE and told the gal I was with to get dressed and NO MATTER WHAT to just say she only gave me a massage (she had just finished fucking and sucking me)!  It was scary, and finally the cops let me go, but I hate when I see another girl is on premise....

I also prefer west side, with plenty of Parkin - in or underground, is best....

Just my .02 cents....

i personally really prefer to visit a lady who has her own incall (or shares) rather than waiting for her to book a room.

i'd suggest a condo/apt in a bldg, not too small a building, so neighbors dont start to put 2 and 2 together.

ease of parking is a consideration.

personally i prefer near a free way, but near does not necessarily mean next to.  a mile or so from a freeway exit is good.

sharing a place cuts back on expenses.

when you find one let me know, i'll come visit you!

There is a dearth of talent in the Palms area. Specifically just west of Robertson bet Robertson and Castle Heights. There are several gated, controlled entry buildings in the area and directly across the street on Castle Heights form Vons where there is parking is one such building. It is close to freeway exits, just south of BH and north of Culver City. I know for fact from my group you'd be busy with lunch time requests form Century City and BH.

lol "unless they're all carrying water bottles and have shit-eating grins!!" Good to know about Beverly Hills.... I would stay away from there anyways because most of those complexes are smaller and the larger complexes are probably super expensive.

For me traffic and parking are the major issues. So close to a FWY and a place that may have tandem parking for a guest would be ideal. I am in the Valley and if I have to go to Mid Wilshire or Beverly Hills it is just a big pain in the ass. I would rather go to LAX. I lose too much time in traffic and finding parking, unless it is a weekend. Sherman Oaks is a good compromise, but you still have parking issues. I don't care if it is paid parking, just discreet parking. It amazes me how poorly some providers think of this. A  Safe area is always good, but it is not as important. I don't really care if the building is a little dumpy as it is lLess chance of recognition for me. If I have to walk a couple of blocks down a major thoroughfare, that could pose a problem.  Now my ATF.... I would  walk thru barbed wire, spend an hour getting there and an hour getting back, and would park on Sunset, if I had to. (and it seems I have to).

I'll echo the gents that mentioned ease of parking. Nothing more frustrating that having to spend 10 or more minutes trying to locate a parking space. Paid parking is fine.

As I live/work in the ESFV and I don't like to drive more than 15-20 min., Studio City, Toluca Lake, Burbank and Sherman Oaks are all good areas. I avoid NoHo  as street  parking at night is really difficult, and due to the nature of my business I have customers who live in most major complexes.

Thinking about it, I prefer hotels. eom

To be honest, I prefer hotels as well! I already have one house to clean lol..
Thank you for your advice :)

Just to echo what the others have said, there is nothing worse than a bad parking situation. So many times I have been on-time only to become 10 minutes late because I could not find parking. One of the reasons I tend to stay away from DTLA, Hollywood and the Westside is parking and traffic. I tend towards the valley. Either Sherman Oaks or Studio City are freeway close.
For me bigger complexes are better. More activity to just blend into versus worrying about the neighbor watching or listening out the window. If you do decide to share a place I would just try to schedule appointments at different times, unless of course it is a double. Sharing can drive the double business. My ATF shared a place with another girl for a while, and this lead to a lot more double visits for me out of convenience.  In regards to neighborhoods, I like a little more upscale versus lower end. One of my biggest fears is coming out only to find my car stolen. How do you explain that to your S.O.?
Good Luck!

Centrally located in LA I think means either in the Valley near where the 101 and 405 meet or on the West Side near the 405 an 10 interchange.  There are some lovely ladies in the South Bay and downtown but Heaven forfend you should try to get there on a weekend or near rush hour respectively.  And I agree with my fellow hobbyists that the apartment or home choice must offer privacy.  A spot in a big complex offers the anonymity of lots of people coming and going. A small private house away from others can also work. Avoid places with doormen or lurking managers. And look for an apt close enough to the elevator so your guest isn't wandering the floor for 10 minutes but not on a main hallway facing 5 other doors.   Hope this helps.

Long Beach also has some decent locations. Just depends on how far you want to travel and especially, what time of day. Late mornings or anytime after 7 pm you should be ok but I would stay away from mid day until past rush hour. Welcome to LA- where most of the day is rush hour. Haha

As others have pointed out, accessible parking is critical. There's nothing worse than having to circle endlessly for parking, and then have to walk 2-3 blocks. The valley tends to be easier to navigate than the west side or downtown and has better parking generally (plus it's closer to me).

The rest of it doesn't matter as much to me, but I did have one funny experience with a shared apartment. I saw a so-called "non-pro" in a house in Pasadena several times. Then I saw an ad for another "non-pro" in the same neighborhood, only to discover it was the same house and the two women were sisters. The new sister was home alone when we started but the other sister came home mid-way through our visit. The new sister snuck me out the back way when we were done. Too bad there was no way to set up a two-sister threesome. ;)

close to freeways are best and I prefer a home or apartment. Not really into business locations as they seem to impersonal and cold. A nice neighborhood always is important. Who wants to park their car in a sketchy area

Is very dangerous share in call with another provider if do not know her well enough

You need to  know if  she is responsible on her screening   and selective with who she sees
or u can be in  big trouble.
Try if can afford get a place for yourself or one provider that u know and trust

A large complex with no security guard but security coded is good. Close to freeway for easy access. And, the biggie if at all possible would be an end unit with as few neighbor above, below and around. Enclosed buildings are good so that traffic is easily noticed.

Downside to sharing is overlaps in schedule and security.

Good Luck,
