I can understand why owners of sensual massage parlors don't care how their place looks. Once the clientele knows you're there, they'll come (no pun intended) whether or not the paint is fresh.  Plus, if your place looks TOO spiffy, it'd attract the undesired "legit" crowd.

BUT. There must be some place in LA that's a high-class place that offers "specials." I'm done searching for a little release in places that, at best, look like Super 8s, and at worst look like they tricked some homeless squatters out of the place.

I used to frequent the AMP's on the west side in the "good old days," when gals like Pepsi and Channell and the others -- smoking hot Kgals in their 20's and early 30's -- would rock your world for a $60 entry fee and a $100 tip.  I mean, bbbjcim, FS (covered, of course), rimming, DT, DFK...you name it, they would do it.  As I said, the girls were hot and horny and the service was superb....

BUT...there never was a west side joint that did not look, at best, crummy.  At worst, they smelled funky and looked like a frat house basement on Sunday morning.  But, since I was going there for great head, great sex and a happy sploogie in the mouth of some horny K girl, what did I care.  So, my point is this....GOOD LUCK finding a high-end AMP.  And if you do, let me know.  I would still make that long drive to the west side for this year's version of Pepsi or Channell.....  RT
