The wording sounds like she could be legit. Searches come up with a porn star that doesn't really match the photos. No matches on Tineye, but the photos look touched up. The bikini looks photoshopped on? I guess my real question is, can Tineye detect when people do this?
Tineye cannot and I suspect the third picture (Of her in a bikini) is photo shopped. Notice how her knees in the sand do not make an indent and appears to be layered? At least that is how it appears to me. If done professionally, the layered effect would not be there. This would be a way to get a no image found by Tineye, cropping the person’s image into a new background.
I did take note that the ad is rather informative and complete compared to a few fakes; this maybe a semi-UTR situation where the photos were chosen to be representative. If you are really interested I would call and e-mail for more information and make a judgment call based on the phone and e-mail interactions. Or wait for someone to TOFTT.
