As much as I try and respect ladies by giving as much advance notice as possible on the very rare occasion I need to cancel an appointment, I am stunned that so many ladies don't appreciate this concept: flaking on clients isn't just upsetting to the clients, but could literally be taking money away from another provider who the client could have booked with, or rescheduled with (not to mention damaging the reputation of the industry).
Anyway, thanks to to the ladies who give notice when they need to cancel.
