I remember the discussion over the years about how many johns each review posted reflects, that 1 in 5 and some said 1 in 10. Meaning for every 1 review, the provider has seen either 5 or 10 johns. So if she has 200 reviews, she has fucked either 1000 or 2000 johns.  

I think that number must be higher these days with other sites. Some barely have reviews here while you see their network on other site where they have hundreds. Then add in backpage and the reviews or network johns you don't see that don't use either site.

number of them are fraud written by guys seeking free VIP status , by agencies/bookers, by providers, by the competition , by proxies of the bookers of friends of of the providers who write statically timed reviews in Lieu of free and discounted sessions. Recently a K-doll ,who is gone but not forgotten, told me she was offered fake reviews for $15 each which she rejected because she had enough reviews.

Having said that I recall one successful K-doll  once tell me she get about one review for every 10 clients  I don't know how accurate that is ( she may have read it on the board) with the established K-dolls who see few new clients  & see mostly repeats so their reviews are relatively far between but perhaps  for newbies case of point currently  Leeca, Envy and Ivy  however it may not be the case with  Wynn who got 33 reviews in May and 27 in June ( most K-dolls take at least One day per week and flo days off).

There are so many variables that only the K-doll , the Booker and agency would  have the date to provide an answer.
