As ive posted another similar thread, im back again.  Keep in mind todays thread is about a different provider and started while on the same Vegas trip as the previous thread.  

I book this girl who offers a 2 for 1, since 2 for 1 means one is free...of course i said sure lets do it.  Once i met the "free" friend i was hooked...total my type etc.  We had a nice night..

One of our conversations touched on gambling strategyss.  So the next day she offered to show me her gambling strategy with no obligation. Of course i had to take her upstairs after about  5 minutes, so thats 2 dates in 2 days..  Keep in mind this entailed us going to different casinos, while traveling there in HER CAR.  She gave me a lift in her car which showed she trusted me? So that enabled more trust from me.

For the third date i was going to book an entire day, however i had atm issues with a 500 max withdraw limit.  We decided i would come back in a few weeks to finish date #3.  She picked me up from the airport and we were off to the hotel in HER CAR.

I was dumb enough not to bring 100% the cash so i was going to call my bank and raise my point of sale daily limit so i could do a cash advance on my debit card at the casino.  Once she found this out she "had to go feed her dog and get her clothes and things for her overnight stay that I had upgraded to.

She ended coming back 3 hours later, and left literly 10 minutes after she got back because she had a "pre book", even though I had her schedualed for the over night stay.

She ended up getting pulled over and arrested since she doesnt have a license, which btw i didnt figure out what happened to her until i was checking out of the hotel when her friend made contact with me.

ok so she got 50% in cash, had a small credit from the first trip, wired money to her friend to bail her out of jail, and wired money to her for grocierys etc... With all this totaled up, i had given just over $500 more than she was asking for an overnight.

Even though i had given 500 more than she was asking, she asked me to bring another 1500 for my planned flight at the end of this month to finish what i had paid for...

I asked and shes obviously not going to even partialy refund me, so what are my options?

She does work for an agency, however her call with me was independant since i met her friend through the internet and was introduced through her friend.

I felt comfortable with her because not only did i ride with her in her car a few times, she offered to hang out at the casinos in between calls with me, picked me up from the airport...

so put me in the hall of shame if you must but ive lost just over $6k between 2 girls by paying "in advance"

I need this money back to help pay the loan on my 401k which financed my first vegas trip.


o and btw she doesnt have an online ad, so a negative review wont do any good..

I dont know the name of the agency she works for however i can try to find out...she even drove to the agency with me in the car to drop off money..so again as with above i had alot of reasons to trust her..

And I would suggest that you find gals with whom you can have a less complicated experience.

Borrowing money from your 401K?  Suggest hooker addiction rehab.  How do you even know she was arrested?  For D W/O L?  It could be just a shake down.  
In any event, you'll likely not get a refund.  

NEVER hobby with rent, grocery money.  Must come from current "extras" budget.  Save up for hobby events.

mrf and skb post were right on the money. You have reviews and been around for awhile. How many posts have you seen concerning deposits.
The word refund does NOT exist in the escort language. The # is gone! You need to figure out another way to pay for your hobby or hobby with ladies who are more affordable. Try emptying your pockets every night of your $, putting it in a jar and when you've save up enough go hobby.

I don't mean to put you down.  I think after some initial success, you got scammed.  I only know by reputation, LV has a lot of scammers.  Maybe they're just higher profile.  It would take a book to list all the scams.  The hobby reqires a certain amount of trust & there is no protection against every scam.  
I make a policy to do everything C.O.D.  An ATF needs funds?  I "help her out" by scheduling an appt.  I pay her the normal fee, in dead Presidents.  
As I said, there is no way to block every scam.  The upsell.  
The runner.  (She picks up the donation & runs out the door.)  If you try to stop her, you could be possibly charged with kidnapping or unlawful restraint.  
The drugstore scam...  you pay her.  She needs condums.  You drive her there, she slips out another door. (I always have condoms with me.)
Like I said, the hobby requires a certain amount of trust & there are those who are bent on exploiting it.  The best you can do is limit your exposure by limiting the amount of currency at risk.
I'm sorry these lessons have been illustrated at your expense.  You'd better plan on another way to cover that loan.

All I have got to say is YOUR A DUMB ASS.  First you take money out of your 401k and then you pay her in advance.  The only thing I have ever paid for in advance is when I am ordering something online.  DAMN DUDE WAKE UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have a time-share exchange in Vegas and go their all the time.

The first few times, I ended up getting from at ATM machines with the $500 limit. The following times, I had all the cash I needed. If you don't plan to bring enough cash, make sure you have an account in national banks like Bank of America, so you can withdraw in Vegas.

Now why would you get money from your 401K ?

The OP is simply fucked, and not in the good way. His time would be better spent putting in overtime to replace all that 401K money, than wasting any more time and trouble chasing his lost money.

You can't be borrowing against a 401k to finance gambling and hobbying.

Even if you had gotten everything you wanted, you have a problem.

I would see a therapist.

Hey let me tell u something...I've been hit for 26k and almost ended up in jail at the same time.  Walk away and NEVER trust anyone in this hobby...very bad for u.  I can't go into the horrible details of my experience ..... just remember who you're dealing with..NEVER NEVER pay before
