I once met a provider and while we got naked we spent the hour talking and DFK’ing and I was wondering if technically any law was broken.
I have read that it is possible to be arrested for merely meeting a known provider with money in an envelope even if nothing were ever explicitly stated. But how likely would that really be? In theory, could my experience above have had me busted before anything occurred if there had been a sting? I just have never heard of that happening.
Can you get arrested for paying for DFK in the nude? You bet. You can even be prosecuted and convicted for it.
And yes, you can be busted just for showing up with the envelope. Your crime would be attempted prostitution. The police will notmally wait for something to happen, but if nothing does and they want to get you they will have enough already.
