Legal question.  Under ARS 13-3211(7) defines bdsm as, "7. "Sadomasochistic abuse" means flagellation or torture by or on a person who is nude or clad in undergarments or in revealing or bizarre costume or the condition of being fettered, bound or otherwise physically restrained on the part of one so clothed."  Further ARS 13-3211(8) includes it in the prostitution sexual conduct definition, "8. "Sexual conduct" means sexual contact, sexual intercourse, oral sexual contact or sadomasochistic abuse."

Thus, it would appear that dominatrixes are trafficked and forced to force others to humility.
