Hmm,  I wonder if the hobbyist who took down this info from the provider becomes part of a conspiracy to solicit pandering? Assuming it is.  Almost a bar type question.  Not the the test.  The one across the street you drink at and make fun at the test.  Secret:  NO BODY MAKES FUN OF THAT TEST.

It doesn't matter what situation the law was aimed for, merely does it fall under the letter of the law. Prop 35 is written pretty broadly.
