WHO ARE THE MONTGOMERY COUNTY POLICE
                         AND WHAT IS THEIR PROBLEM?
A brief sketch of why there is trouble in the Blue Hen State, the fighting Blue Hen Cocks was the nickname for the revolutionary Delaware soldiers who carried fighting cocks off to war for entertainment. It would seem that illegal entertainment has a long history in this 2nd smallest state and that the police have been called cocks or dicks for a long time. Ben Franklin suggested that the reason revolutionary war prostitutes called the soldiers Blue Cocks was based on their genitalia coloration on cold nights.

Now that the elections are over, we are hearing a bit less from the escort exterminators down in Blue Hen. But like most plagues such as dysentery or Ebola fever, who knows when these new-bile warriors will come out of their mud huts to burn witches.

Where is this place? Caught between the ass of New Jersey and gaping mouth of Washington DC, Montgomery County forms a backyard where our most famous scoundrels and criminals hold court and senate each other unless they have absconded to Virginia, a state where the last virgin found was the Virginia Dare in 1587 and lost almost immediately thereafter.

Montgomery County is in the state of Maryland is an affluent living space occupied by less than a million people. The county’s close proximity to Washington DC allows it to serve as residence to many federal employees and is home to several famous Universities, a lot of infamous ones as well as the US Naval Academy at Annapolis, proof that don’t ask don’t tell has been going on since the Navy got its first row boat, or the first mid-shitman dropped the soap in the shower.

I took a look at the local Police blotters over the last ten years, to get an idea of what crimes are common, one sees the normal crimes of any hinterland next to a big city. An occasional murder, some robberies; the odd crooked cop caught with his dick in the pussy jar. So what else is new?

As far as sex crimes and enforcement, there was nothing out of the ordinary until about five years ago when Montgomery detectives decided to bust local massage parlors. Their methods were unorthodox, they would enter a massage parlor where sexual favors could be secured and they would ask for the whole enchilada, with the happy ending and the special sauce. Not only ask, but end up with the sauce in hand. Then they would proceed to arrest the same party that that had given them relief, although on one occasion they left a $325 tip and left without more than a squeeze to the bust and some big smiles. When questioned as to why they had broken the law to make their busts, as cops are supposed to stop as soon as there is evidence of a crime, they responded that it was tough to collect evidence so they had to go all the way, and they did!

Fast forward four or five years and the Montgomery Police have declared war on the internet. Why? Seems that someone thought it was good pubic relations to write up on their daily rag, which is also cluttering up the internet.
Now outside the regular police business and monkey business several years ago, the police went big time with their first trafficking case. The coppers claimed a foreign national had brought girls into the county and forced them to serve as prostitutes. Evidently the foreigner did not speak their lingo. A short while latter they uncovered another case. With two in the hole, they evidently they thought they had discovered a pandemic.

Montgomery County is a wealthy area, and we all know that rich people can be just as horny as poor people, but they have the means to pay for relief. Poor men like fancy pussy, however rich men have the means to catch the snatch. However, wealthy users of fancy escorts were not looking for the China Town brothels of 1880. They are not looking for opium dens with girls chained to bed; nor girls who cannot speak blue hen. They don’t want girls who hide cigarette burns under wigs. The abhor drug addicted sex slaves whores. What do they want? They want a GFE that they cannot get from their wives. Who can blame them? Who? Well the first to throw the blame, much like a person with machine gun vomit, is someone connected to the Montgomery Police Dept, someone who is evidently jealous of anyone getting to the honey pot before they do.

It seems, if you read their internet rag, that the detective bureau can not tell the difference between the escort business and sex trafficking. And these shulbs are investigators? They have decided that sex slaves and escorts are the same thing.

Let me digress to reveal a little know fact outside the warm puddle of Montgomery County. Much like the criminals who held the liquor monopoly coming out of the prohibition  and were set to profit from day one, who do you think hold the liquor monopoly on the sale of hard liquor in Blue Hen? Sure you can buy beer and wine in the grocery, but if you want the real stuff it has to be purchased from a sales point that is supplied by the county. One wonders if these burglar-crats are actually angling to take over the sex trade ass-well?

In any event about a year or so ago, I began getting PMs from hobbyists who had been contracted by the Montgomery police. I did not know Montgomery from a canker sore but I started to perk up my ears. Hobbyists were frightened that they had done something wrong because they were getting phone messages (not massages) that indicated the local gendarmes wanted them to pow-wow down-town and spill the beans. “What beans”, they asked me, like I should have known?

Well it was a mixed bag of blue eggs; some were being sought for questioning by the police for traffic violations and others were on a list of men who with erection in hand had fornicated with some of the local escorts. One in particular, had sold her donut to one of the dick-tectives and on the donut hole were a list of all her clients. One offer to “please come downtown” was predicated on the claim that the police were conducting an internal investigation for leaks, sort of a gonorrheal leak, and they were trying to stuff Kleenex into the cracks. Next we heard that an agency had given the cops a list of clients and the cops were doing follow up. The few gentlemen who made public their anguish on our site were advised to keep quiet so as not to incriminate themselves, others said they would lay a blue egg before coughing up any phlegm for the cops.

Fast forward another six months, when a proclamation of war on “human trafficking prostitution” was announced by who ever is writing the police PR for local consumption. Not human trafficking and prostitution, but two diverse conditions, (i.e. sex slaves/escorts) as if they were the same thing.

Now let’s make one thing clear, I don’t want my sister or yours, or her little brother tied to a bed while a line of scumbags waits outside the door for their turn. No doubt we are all in favor of making the county immune to anyone who has enslaved a woman and forced her to prostitute herself. That is a no brainer. No one wants to see women of any age being humiliated and degraded. However, there is a big difference between women or men who want to earn a livelihood as a prostitute and are willing to take the inconveniences of being a sex object for strangers in exchange for the financial rewards; they are doing what they wish. An imprisoned sex slave who is drugged and beaten to perform sexual acts is being forced to do something against their will, in violation of their personal desire and freedom. Needless to say, they do not reap the large profits that end up in the hands of the traffickers.

There is no question that escorts who sell passes to sexual delights are violating the law, but we are talking about misdemeanor violations that are usually dealt with by a fine. In most enlightened cities, as long as the pros do not create problems for the other citizens, the police leave them alone. Sex slavery and trafficking is an all together different crime, it is a federal felony and subject, as it should be, to stiff jail terms and penalties; the crime of prostitution is not on the same level of severity with those who traffick sex slaves! However, the “Blue Hen Monties” seem unaware of this and have put both activities into the same category. Compounding the problem for everyone is that sex traffickers are allegedly using the same internet advertising vehicles that escort use, i.e. allegedly Eros, Back Page. Whether this is true or not my readers will no doubt report?

In their proclamation the police make reference to their infiltration of sites that cater to escorts and claim they have entered the Erotic Review site. Well, any ten year old with a computer could have accomplished that. In reality they seem to have broken some gentleman that they arrested on a phony web site and convinced those to give up their ER pass words. Wow, talk about saving time typing! Well we all know anyone can phony up an application, but stealing a password by coercing a member of ER, well that isn’t kosher in my eyes; sounds more like coercion. But tuff cops playing hard ball can scare the crap out of most crap-italists. The same cops claim to have closed down sites operating in their area only to reopen  them under terms of “plea bargains,” use a cop on a computer to read the e-mails that come to that bogus site to ensnare new “Johnny cums lately.”

I found their proclamation amusing because instead of the legal lingo one would expect, they shifts to discuss escorts and use the same vernacular that ER members use but they misuse it by calling both sex slaves and escorts, “providers.” Since when was a sex slave of a trafficker considered a “provider”! Talk about taking a mind captive? Where in legalize is this term “provider” used. Who ever writes this crappola for the cops seems to spend a lot of time searching our web site and using our lingo. How amusing that we seem to have converted someone to our vocabulary, even though they don’t know how to use it correctly.

What else did they proclaim? That our review site is a forum for discussions about furthering the crime of sex trafficking. I have never seen such conversation here and I would assume such blatantly illegal activities would certainly be hidden from public forums; if there are secret pubic forums for those dudes it ain’t here! The Blue Ball Police, I mean Hens, claim to have shut down local internet sites in a show of bravado; then confess that they are not shut down but have just moved overseas where their activities are legal and safe from the Montgomery James Bondage agents. To further their “John Stings” the Montgomery Police claim to be operating defunct escort sites to entrap “sex slave users” while no evidence of such activates appears in arrest records which consist  sadly of guy who showed up at a phony address they got off a phony site and are apparently going to be charged with attempted solicitation. Oh yes, they caught a burglar during a vice raid. Who ever said these guy could  not do two things at once?

Keep in mind that downloading vital information on these phony sites a bad idea, unless you want your wife to get wind off your entertainment on the message machine. This is another reason throw away phones are cool. All of the arrests, twelve at last count were in Montgomery Co, so if you want to make yourself safe, stay out of town. or proceed with caution, well; if that is not a warning hobbyists, you need to hit yourselves in the head with a hammer if you download to Montgomery County. Keep in mind that these keystone cops have no jurisdiction outside their county limits and can only pull in federal agents if they have good evidence of real sex slavers, who statistically are far less that one percent of the business.

In Conclusions, if you admire the efforts of the Montgomery County Police, you might consider joining up. The wages are good, the donuts are warm and you get free sex from hookers before you arrest them, only one problem, there is a hiring freeze in effect, the ain’t got no money right now—so why are they wasting time on the internet????

Why is this police action reprehensible? Because it takes good citizens whose only crime is that they want a good time, are willing to pay for it, and are willing to pay the penalty if they are busted. However, the police action here intimidates, coerces and scares them and invades their privacy. Fucking around is as old as Eve’s little sister, so the Monties are not going to foul that nest. What they will do is create a legion of men who will learn to hate and despise the police, seeing them at their worse. They will go home and teach their children that the police are bad; these lessons will not be unlearned. One act of stupid intimidation will produce legions of people who distrust the police and have antipathy for law enforcement. For what, so some a fool can shake down a few good citizens, wealthy taxpayers who had a little itch got outted.

Shame on the Montgomery County police dept., why don’t they find something valuable to do for their community rather then the thrill they find in invading the private sex lives of Middle America and in the horrible treatment of good citizens while they are chasing this phantom of sex slaves. In my opinion, the Blue Balled police have laid another blue egg on the face of America.

of course, the cops aren't complaining about having to cuff up naked women all day long, but they aren't the real root of the problem.

it's the anti-porn religious groups that have grabbed ahold of trafficking and made it an issue in the U.S.

actual cases of sex trafficking are very very rare in the U.S..

except these groups are trying to change the law so that all prostitution is defined as sex trafficking.

those links are both part of "The Polaris Project"
http://www.polarisproject.org

the police don't have any power.....  fighting them is like fighting the contractors hired to build a shopping mall in your front yard....  yeah you can get pissed at the contractors if they are doing a "dirty job" of it, but you still aren't going to stop them until you stop the person who's "pulling their strings."

that is always, always, always, the one who stands to profit the most.

most of the legislation being pushed by this "project" incudes very large sums of money being appropriated to "victim services"...... at the same time, they push for tougher laws .... so basically they want prostitutes to be given a choice between jaill or they can agree to go through a program..... which is going to be offered by one of the groups invovled in the "polaris project", which of course will be funded by the government and by grants and by assessing the prostitutes aka "victims"  extra fines.

they don't really care about stopping prostitution, they want to expoit it.

that MoCo's politics are F'ed up, no question.  I'm a life long resident.  But you need a geography lesson.   EOM

but I hope you realize the implication. Your post is certainly educational and there are some truth to it.

What concerns me and many others in DC is that everyone knows it is never a good idea to take a shot at LE on a public forum.

Maybe it is OK to do it in your small town, but not in DC metro area. DC metro LE is fully integrated with MD counties (including MoCo) and also NVA counties (Including FFX) as well as Baltimore area. The integration happend long time ago and they got even more integrated after 911 for obvious reasons.

So thanks for messing this up for all of us here in DC and merry christmass to you too!

I'm in total agreement with you about MCPD, but as a former resident I found a strong appreciation for them.
Montgomery County is an oasis in what would otherwise be a cesspool. It's the 10th wealthiest county in the entire nation, and 6 of the top 10 are in the DC area.

MCPD job is to make sure whatever is going on in their neighboring counties, is NOT going to occur in MC. It is the hub of celebrities, politicians, and successful entrepreneurs. It's not uncommon to be in place as someone who is rich and famous.

Those with the financial resources live at a level that most of us will never comprehend, and their ability to obtain a GFE experience will always be just a phone call away.

Now for the working class MC resident, he'll have to find his way over to PG county, or even worse, the nations capital, where just about anything is available.

From the outside, they do seem overbearing. From a resident's perspective, when your living next to what at one time was the "homicide capital of the country" (DC), then you can appreciate the job they do.

Let's just say that if you're involved in anything illegal, then it's best to take a 10 minute drive around the beltway. If you think MCPD is bad, don't cross paths with a Maryland State Trooper.

Well written and a good read!
