I am really antsy (expect petition results soon)

but, does anyone have insight into WHY OC was so hell bent of prosecuting such a flimsy case & Demanding the "full charge & penalty"?
given:
1)no prior
2)no fact in LE report constituted the charge
3)cop drank beer  & other misconduct ,etc.....
4) no real evidence( his word)


I might have been willing to even plea for a lessor charge like disturbing the peace, tresspassing..anything is better than 647(b).. why did they want to ruin my life,, especially when they had no case.......
The malicousness seems extereme, thank you for you thoughts & support..
