What's wrong with asking...

If one is concerned with whether a girl is trying to entrap them, what is wrong with asking whether she (or if her agency) is affiliated with or cooperating with LE.  Presumably neither they nor us can lie without legal reprecussions (i.e., if a police officer lies, I would assume that is entrapment, or at a miniumun, ethical misconduct).

Any opinions/insights?  They shouldn't be able to lie just like we shouldn't.

I assume that if we ask them outright whether they are LE., affililiated with, or cooperating with, they shouldn't be able to lie.

they shouldn't be able to lie but they can.
you have to understand that vice and narcotics breed a different kind of cop.

a good cop wont work vice or narcotics because in order to enforce the law, you are required to engage in criminal activity, you are required to become part of the criminal underworld and a real cop isn't willing to do that.....  they can do whatever they need to do to maintain their cover, including lying, including shooting up heroine, including getting naked.   whatever they can't do, they will do anyway and they will lie about it in their police reports and they will collaborate their stories with other officers who were there.  ... it's callled the blue wall.

they're not cops, they're criminals with badges and they have a license to break the law.

do you think that they could ever go back to being good cops ?
thats why a good cop won't go in.

our psychological makeup just isn't equipped for that.

i have a copy of a police report from a girl and she gave me permission to share it, if you'd like to email me, i'd be happy to send it to you.   the cop admitted to getting completely naked and having his balls tickled in the police report although he lied in the report about why he got naked.

i believe her version because she admitted that most of it was accurate but that one part confused her because she didn't understand why he lied.   he did it very carefully and very deliberately.

the case is now resolved and i've blacked out the girl's name and all her identifying information, which i dont understand why she didn't do that before she sent it....  i dont know her... she contacted me for advice.

but at the bottom of her report, it said "law enforcement copy" and i'm familiar with that police department's reports and i know that it should have said "defendant copy".... but she claimed that was what her attorney emailed to her so i'm guessing maybe attorney's get a copy of the "law enforcement copy", when they request a copy of the police report.

i wouldn't know, my attorney is a jackass who's never gotten anything.
i just have to "guess" what evidence will presented and what the charges will be.
he can't even keep track of his own lies, much less worry about what the police might have lied about.

i'd fire him but i've taken a charitable interest in properly re-educating him.
i was always taught to give back to society, what it gives to me.

that it might be hard to catch criminals without acting like them sometimes.  Cops are allowed to lie.  Every Narc in the world has probably said they weren't a cop dozens of times.  As long as they don't convince you to do something you wouldn't have done on your own it's not entrapment.  He said she said let's them stretch even that.

That's WHY there are so many corrupt cops.  They have the leverage.

Corrupt cops eventually get caught from mistakes they make.

The cop/fake provider asked one to go to the bathroom and get got arrested.

The other guy walked out when he realized it was not the girl in the ad. The cops immediately arrested him.

In both cases they did not talk.

It will be interesting to see how it plays out in court.

To make a long store short they did not get out of jail until 3:30 am the next morning.

if they plead guilty, they are guilty.

if they don't, they wont be.

but if the prosecutor can convince you that you're guilty, and he will try....  they don't have to worry about silly stuff like talking and evidence and whether or not your rights were violated.

the prosecutor never says, oh whoops, what did they arrest you for ? you didn't do anything wrong, sorry about that, you go on and have a nice day.

nuh uh.
they gonna convince you that you're guilty of something so they can have a nice day.

You are going to jail. Plain and simple. Doesn't matter wtf you say or how LE act. Vice is there to arrest you and that is exactly what they will do. It's the DA who will then decide whether to prosecute the case.  In the meantime, you will need to hire a lawyer, and face all the other stuff involved in getting arrested. If you want to minimize your chances of getting arrested, see well reviewed escorts, its one of the better ways to avoid arrest.

LE is NOT obliged to answer truthfully if you ask if you ask if he/she is LE.  THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY ALLOWED TO LIE.  Entrapment has nothing to do with lying but with getting you to do n illegal act which you would not otherwise have done so if you are negotiating with a beautiful police officer pretending to be a provider because you are looking for a provider or might be looking that is simply not entrapment

LE will arrest you with minimal evidence, not all that concerned with conviction. The police administration can issue their press release that they "arrested 5 men in a sting operation".  Seven arrests would be even better.  Often times the police and courts know these cases are hard to prove, so the arrest, embarassment, and expense is the penalty. Do not cave in to pressure and STFU. Cops can lie to make the case and often lie about the facts.  Stick to hobby protocols and never discuss money or services.  Typical cop sting involves conversations about sex for money.  The undercover cop is wearing a wire and assisting cops are listening. She gives a code word and the arrest team barges in.
