I remember when they started up, a high profile outfit from WPB and Dallas offering a board and many porn star escorts for companionship and PSE. ASF was tied to the porn board of TBD.
Then one day they disappeared.
Now several agencies offer the same, and many porn stars are also indy.
The ASF site is now a one pic webpage perennially "under construction."
What are the details on the downfall of ASF, and do we have any lessons to learn in avoiding such pitfalls?

That is what these boards are for.
Laypeople want to deny and hide downfalls, but then only LE knows. We need to know this info too in order to avoid similar problems.
