Seriously, you may get a call from an investigator (or the media if the list gets out), but they need more than just a name for a charge. If you never had an appointment, then there is no other evidence to support a charge.
Even if your name was in their books, I assume LE could call you in, but there is no proof of any wrongdoing perhaps unless you used a credit card labeled as 'paid for sex' or left some other such Tracks (didn't they get Spitzer for using his CC?).
Otherwise there is no evidence to support anything other than that they had your name on file. I get a thousand SPAM emails a day and many of them have my true name on file. What makes an escort Agency any different from any of those...
Even if you had a date... you pay cash. You get amnesia when you are 2 steps out the door after. In most jurisdictions, LE has to witness a misdemeanor to make the case unless you confess / admit the violation. (STFU)
It's really tough to make a case on records alone with no witnesses. Unless you're illegally moving funds or doing something else criminal... in which case seeing a provider is the least of your worries. skb
