it seems the important issue in the entire legal board is or should be of concern is warnings of the illegal tactics and practice methods of LE, not avoiding law, but avoiding "LE corruption" that can make your life hell..you just don't believe it until it happens to you. one important factor that allows LE to get away with this amoral illegal bevior is the "humiliation component" folks that have strong legal position many times are forced in taking a plea  to make the case go away,,maybe you have a wife or career that although you have not broken the law just the mere arrest will cause too much attention you have to remain hush hush and quietly take a plea of guilt
