I'm alarmed at putting my credit card information as it has my real name and address. I'm afraid if LE wanted to crack down on my area it would not be hard for the website to give them my info and then I'm in trouble.(they say they won't share it with any parties, but the gov't in not a private party per say)
What do you think?I get a lot of business from their website and I want to continue to use it. Also I have many reviews on there as well I would like to keep! Is there a danger of LE by providing my credit card to their website? Advice anyone?Can LE seize my information legally from this website and use it against me?(to entrap me)
I didn't receive a message (bc I already had a VIP membership on there ) but it seems awfully fishy to me...Somethings def up...It does suck bc I have like 60 reviews on there, but I am going to stay away from it...I am starting to utilize this board more now, and advising my clients to leave their reviews for me on here from now on, rather than the other....

I get alot of business from there as well. I checked it out today, and appearently prepaids will work. A few months ago I purchased vip with a green dot from Walmart. The only thing correct about my personal info was my birthdate. The rest all fabricated. The said green dot card was blocked out last week due to using it to post ads on bp. On that note BP will accept gift cards. Hanibal Lector posted my ad for me today.

Get a prepaid card. All credit cards when asking for verification only check the zip code city and state. Name and addy cannot be verified. of course if they dont accept pre paid cards, then you may have an issue-

I also wondering about this... they claim it's to "verify" that you're 18... then why aren't they asking for a DL like some other the other sites do? I also have a pre-pay, that I use for posting on BP... so if they really wanted my real name & address, well... they already have it in all honesty.
E.com is a HUGE marketing site for the Midwest, and although I come on here a lot, there is no section for WI.. so it's kinda tough. I also had over 60 reviews on there, dating back to 05 that I'd hate to loose... I dunno????
an american express gift card now that they require a credit card for verfication. i got the same email. an was thinking of using a pre paid. but if a fake gift card will then how would they know the difference?
