Once you get the same name from at least two different attorneys call to set up an initial consultation (usually free). You are worried the police might get confused and arrest you.
Industries that make money get priveleges. Look at the insurance industry, the oil industry, gambling, etc. If every provider out there hired a hot shot criminal defense attorney and fought every arrest tooth and nail, LE's approach would change, and perhaps we'd even see some beneficial legislation. Imagine a Roe v. Wade for providers! Ultimately, LE costs the politicians money, while industries make them money. And the adult entertainment industry makes money. We should collectively be smart and spend it on lawyers. I know this sounds ridiculous, but if you are not aware of the fact that there are different rules for the rich, you missed something. If OJ can get away with murder, you should at least be able to get away with performing the act that ostensibly creates life.
