I was thinking about exercising the 1st Amendment during escort session. Is it OK to tell the escort over the phone that I will be bringing the US Constitution, and a petition to the escort session?  My plan is to teach the escort the Bills of Right to the US Constitution. I would like to exercise the right to peacefully assemble with the escort to petition the government for redress of grievance.  My plan is to write a petition to legalize pot and would like to discuss it with the escort.  If the escort feels strongly about legalizing pot, she could sign the petition. Would this work?

       Anything else that may or may not happen is personal preference between consenting adults and not to be solicit, contract for, or compensated for.

In fact I would sincerely suggest that the OP lay off the pot for a while, I can't say for certain if it's the pot that is rotting his brain, but SOMETHING is.

You could use the entrapment defense in this situation. You were tempted to commit the crime that you ordinary will not commit. You were just seeing the escort for political reasons and things got hot.
