I came across this the other day on youtube while doing some research. I thought it may be of interest.
The link below is about a news story on a review site in Milwaukee. It shows that LE can and will use reviews for sting operations. It is but a small example. The concern becomes what happens when LE focuses on TER or BigDaddy in the manner they did CL??? You must cut and paste the link.
You can be sure LE uses reviews to research targets. Whether its admissible in court is another mater, but they use these boards and reviews just like the rest of us.
This gives LE an idea about the level of activity he has in the hobby. It may or may not be used in court as proof of illegal activity. A review alone may not be enough to convict, but with other evidence it could be the "Compte de Grasse".
I have had a conversation with my lawyer about this just a few weeks ago.
I don't think reviews are a sting... I believe reviews are a safe way to know exactly who is arriving. I used to be a booker at one time before I was a provider and one time a guy did not want a certain pornstar because she had a history with drugs in her reviews. Reputation proceeds us you know. Some of my clients have gotten robbed even. I can tell by a review if the new companion is going to appreciate me for being a woman or not lol! My reviews for me has set a tone to bring in very well mannered and polite companions.I don't think that a review is enough to sting someone. It is not like the hobbist is signing the end of the review in an e-signature!lol
