What should I do about my taxes???

I was only seeing regular clients on an occasional basis all last year. Should I or should I not report it on my taxes? And if so, how do I go about reporting it??? What should I tell my tax person?

For all of our sakes.

Report all income you have less legitimate expenses.  Discuss with your accountant what constitutes legitimate.  Hopefully you have receipts.  If not, ask the account what to do about that.

Tell your accountant that you are an escort.

And remember this:  Prostitution is a lowly misdeameanor.  Taz evasion is a very serious felony.

Take you choice.

(still not a lawyer, nor an acountant)

The IRS doesnt care how someone makes their money.  All they care about is getting their fair share.  Just let the tax person know you did personal consulation.  You need to show enough income to sustain your lifestyle.

unless you are an escort with a really big life style and are paid with checks, or do porno and are paid with checks, you really do not have to worry about the IRS. The last time I heard of an IRS guy visiting an escort was to get her cock up his ass. And he was trying to collect!
Do you really think escorts paid in cash are paying taxes, wow you are dreaming. Wanna buy some swampland in the desert? I know a few gals who file mini tax returns so they can one day collect social security which will probably be enough to keep then in dried beans and deodorant spray when the wrinkles hang lower than their implants. Get real you men of the world or find a different planet; t-girls, prostitutes, pimps and politicians do not pay taxes like you and I, special people get special treatment. Now if I can just deduct the thousands I have given to t-girls as medical/sex therapy then I could afford to give my wife a new car this year or a fur coat made out of real pussy.

Let me remind you that Al Capone did NOT go to jail for murder or anything else BUT tax evasion.

IF a gal gets busted and she has paid taxes, trust me the IRS will go after her.

Now if you read what I said you need to file taxes that show the income that sustains the lifestyle you are living.  So if she is living in a place with a $1000/month mortgage or lease and only show $800/month income, she is going to have problems.  And trust me, IRS is a lot worse than any LE department.

Just look at the Survivor winner who did not pay his taxes...he too went to jail.

not a provider, of course...  but I always declared some misc income.

There is not some list of job titles you must use...  you are free to decide for yourself what to use.

This has come up before...  click on the link below for a recent discussion.

Under the Bank Secrecy Act, every non-casino financial institution must, subject to certain exceptions, file a report with the Treasury Dept. of each deposit, withdrawal, exchange of currency or other payment or transfer, which involves a transaction in currency of more than $10,000.

But that’s just the beginning. Your bank also must, subject to certain exceptions,  file a report of any suspicious transaction if it involves or aggregates at least $5,000 in funds or other assets, and the bank knows, suspects, or has reason to suspect that the transaction involves funds derived from illegal activities.

A young lady who continually makes cash deposits of $1000 to $5000 at a time just might make the bank suspicious. This is one reason why you must carefully report ALL cash income to the IRS.

So the bottom line is the Treasury is likely to already have reports of your cash deposits unless you deposit in really small amounts. I imagine there is some computer program that matches up BankS  ecrecy filings with 1040 forms.

Listen to Misty -she knows what she is talking about.  Don’t trade a misdemeanor for a felony. Don’t mess with the IRS.

You are probably right that many who run cash businesses do not properly declare their income.  You are dead wrong to assume that we do not.  Many of us realize the value of declared income offset by deductions.  Does a lady ever want a mortgage, a retirement savings account, proof of income for any reason, and/or prefer not to commit felony tax evasion?  The she pays.

IRS can only track checks, bank accounts, credit card use etc. IF you packed your cash straight into a bank the IRS can question it. If you wisely devise a secure, paper-trail-less depository for your cash the IRS is none the wiser.

Make 1/4 to 1/3 of your earnings transparent/reportable for reasons of maintaining a credit rating, car/home purchases etc.

Bury the rest where only YOU know where it is.

Please go see a CPA, tax attorney or an Enrolled Agent about this. This is the LAST place to get tax advice.

You are correct to suggest that high profilers pay taxes, but the majority of tgirls are low flyers with  incomes as small as their cocks, and you know they do not take checks or credit cards..so whether they even qualify to file is questionable. I think it is not a good analogy to put Al Capone up as a model for Pepita of Tijuana who can hardly speaka da ingles, shares a hovel with some buds, and don't have no bank account. These low flyers come and go and constitute the majority of the tgirls. Butt thumping aside, when you take in cash and pay cash, there are no records and if the tax man shows up, he wants what all the cops and officials want, a free blowjob, not a sack of pesos. But if you have a web site, do erotica shows, etc, then you might be at risk and should check out what you need to be on the level. And that is where valid business deductions may well cut the tax burden to a modest sum. Which brings up the question of why should anyone escape paying taxes and how can the sex industry workers be turned into a revenue source as liquid as the spermatazo they deal with so our economy can multiply and be virile.

The only person to ask would be a tax attorney. CPA's do not have privileged protection, so anything you enven tell them can be open to the courts.
