Another tactic used by religious fundamentalists and legislators to attempt to "end demand" of sex work. It only ends up hurting people. Ironically, it does little to aid people who are actually exploited as it paints all clients as abusers and has shown to increase the rate of abuse, to moot.

for the seller, not the buyer- and increases penalties for those engaged in trafficking- don't have the link to the AP story, but it was a full page in my small local NH paper- nothing here ?

Here's something that I don't get. How can you take the Crime out of what a Prostitute does but still penalize the person who prostitutes?!! Either you charge the person who is prostituting to the fullest or you don't. That person knows exactly what he or she is doing That person has thought it out to the fullest.
