usually anyways, but as for arrest record, that's not too likely.

Practices on booking and fingerprinting vary considerably.  For a misdemeanor, it's not too likely.

Not sure where you are at, but here in Arizona they will look for any way to tighten your noose. They LOVE to arrest people here - it's like a business.

Hmm in other countries they spend money and time on busting real criminals like murderers, drugdealers, child molesters but here in America they are to busy catching prostitutes and their clients. No wonder the crime rate here is so high

The real criminals will and do - viciously and without regrets. Given a choice, most ellie are going to go the safer route and go for the unarmed rather than the armed.

I wonder what is the rule here in california. I tried calling the jail and courts asking what the bail fine was for a john who gets caught and they can't tell me because for some reason that field is empty. Not sure why. Perhaps you go to jail and can't get out and there is no bond?

And if you are wanted for a FELONY, they will hold you till they offer the authorities an opportunity to start extradition.  I believe there is a notation on the warrant advising whether or not extradition will be pursued.   However, depending on the crime involved, the DA/cops may or may not go to the expense of hauling your back.
Misdemeanor warrants, on the other hand, aren't usually actively served even in the local jurisdiction (unless you live in Mayberry etc).  They simply put them on file and wait for an officer to have contact with you and run you through the system.  EVEN then, its up to the officer's discretion whether or not to take the time to take you in.  However, an outstanding warrant is a major tool LE uses to resolve situations where they are summoned acting like a jerk.
