Sounds like a comedy skit to me

Crazed guy tipping girl to let him play with her feet, getting wilder and wilder (harder, honey, harder!) until - queue sound effect (smoosh, pling, crunch!) and gushes of blood packets, never ending with mixed screams of joy and agony over the pulsating bass.

It is amusing to speculate what music was playing, how much he had tipped her and exactly what happened before and as she punctured his eye ball and broke the socket bone! And, of course, did he cum, and what is he doing for fun these days?
